Au coin du village means “ at the corner of the village”, here you can find our B&B family-run located in the municipality of Saint-Nicolas at 1230 meters above sea level.
The building, surrounded by nature in a sunny location, offers an excellent view of the surrounding mountains from the Grivola to the Ruitor and of the picturesque pine forest Bois de la Tour.
That’s why peace and harmony will accompany you during your stay.
The building is a typical mountain construction belonging to the family for several generations recently renovated.
The B&B is composed by 3 bedrooms. Each room is personalized, with private balcony. Each room is provide of sheets, towels and hairdryer. The rooms Abricot and Fraise can become a comfortable apartment with a salon, for a large family or a group of friends.
Salt and sweet, can changes according to the request of the host. It is composed by homemade cake, jams and yogurt, fruits, cheese and sausages buy directly from the local farmers. It’s also possible make a breakfast specific for celiac person.

In the village of Saint-Nicolas, one kilometer from the B&B, there is a 5 km long track of cross-country skiing light up at night and a bobsled track;
Picnic area with a playground, tennis court, soccer field and bowling green;
Museums, pine wood Bois de la Tour with picnic area equipped and numerous departures for walking;
A rental for bicycles and winter equipement.
During the summer there are a lot of events, some food and wine like “la Sagra della Selvaggina”, “Santì” and “la Veillà di Vens”.

How to get here by car
Exit the motorway at Aosta Ovest-Aymavilles. At the traffic lights turn left, towards Mont Blanc and follow signs for Saint-Pierre.
Arriving in Saint-Pierre, turn right and take the road to Saint-Nicolas. After the village of Saint-Nicolas, turn right and continue for 500 meters towards Vetan until you find on the right the entrance to the village of Chaillod.
How to get here by public transport
The nearest railway station is located in Saint-Pierre.
